About the founder

Tsangsar Kunga Rinpoche is a Tibetan teacher, calligraphy artist, and cultural founder from Nangchen, Yushu, Qinghai, Eastern Tibet.

He studied in the traditional Tibetan Buddhist monastic education system and completed a three-year three-month retreat.

He later taught meditation, Tibetan yoga, breath practice, and body-mind training in Taiwan.
